The following are ordinary packages that we set up with our clients (prices can vary depending on size of company and number of monthly transactions). They can be added to, or services can be dropped, to fulfill the needs of running your business most efficiently.

Remote Bookkeeping Package (our most basic package)

Services Provided (all done on our servers, or remotely using logmein.com):

• Monthly updates (entering all transactions) for all financial accounts.
• Monthly reconciliation of all checking, savings, money market, credit card, and loan accounts.
• Review of all accounts for accuracy, errors, indicators, and outliers.
• Monthly managerial reports submitted by e-mail (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc…) by the 10th of the following month.
• Correspond by email or phone to answer any questions, or submit requests.
• Monthly backup of all QuickBooks accounting records.

Cost: Starting at $100.00/month

Remote Bookkeeping “Plus” Quarterly Package

Services Provided (all done on our servers, or remotely using logmein.com):

• All the services of the regular Remote Bookkeeping Package.
• Quarterly analysis meeting to go over account, discuss business performance, ways to improve, growth, and money savings ideas, along with answering any of your questions.

Cost: Starting at $150.00/month

Remote Bookkeeping “Plus” Monthly Package

Services Provided (all done on our servers, or remotely using logmein.com):

• All the services of the regular Remote Bookkeeping Package.
• Monthly analysis meeting to go over account, discuss business performance, ways to improve, growth, and money savings ideas, along with answering any of your questions.

Cost: Starting at $200.00/month

Onsite Monthly Bookkeeping Package

Services Provided :

• Once a month we come to your office to:
  • update your accounting file (enter, reconcile, cleanup books, etc…)
  • file away all accounting records
  • make backup copy of your accounting file
  • visit with you to discuss your business and to review it’s accounting
• Monthly managerial reports submitted by e-mail (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc…) by the 10th of the following month.
• We maintain a remote connection to all accounting files in order to answer any questions during the month, update your file, or research trends, email reports upon request, etc…

Onsite Bi-Weekly Bookkeeping Package

• Once every other week we come to your office to:
