The makers of QuickBooks made it simple and easy to use. This is one of their main objectives. It doesn’t take a lot of time to become familiar with how to use QuickBooks. They also have great support to help you better understand the applications and how to get around. Other programs charge quite a bit of money to train you on their programs. Some use modules, which break up the different cycles of accounting into separate programs, which I have found makes it more confusing and difficult to see the full picture.

Again, it is very simple and easy. Some other programs get you the information, but it is a little more difficult to obtain, or even manipulate to look at different aspects of different reports.
